Joelle's Joy, founded by Erin Sylvester, emerged from the depths of grief following the loss of her daughter, Joelle, who tragically and unexpectedly passed away at just four years old. Erin's vision was to create a sanctuary where individuals could find solace, embrace their emotions, and transform feelings into beautiful artistic expressions. Joelle embodied the essence of a vibrant and charming princess. Her love for everything colorful, playful, and delightfully messy defined her unique spirit. Tragically, she left this earth too soon at just 4 years old. She is deeply missed, yet her lively spirit continues to shine brightly in our hearts.

After stepping away from her retail management career to study Psychology and grief work, Erin founded Joelle's Joy. Her passion for helping people has always driven her success. In January 2023, she began envisioning a dream: to inspire others by showing that it's possible to find purpose in the face of tragedy and to continue living with hope.
